Scott was extremely helpful when I went in to purchase my first "real" bike after 30 years! I love "Betty" and can't wait to put in a full season spring through fall this year. She is comfortable to ride, I feel safe on road and paths. The only this I would consider is swapping out the seat, it's just to stiff for my liking. Excellent ***** star service!
I had Bi-lateral knee replacement and my wife talked me into riding a bike. Haven;t rode in over 40 years. I choose the Shift 2 womens bike because it was easier for me to step through to get on.Easy for me to ride ane good excercise for my knees. I'm really enjoying it. The Charcoal color makes it manly and the seat is comfortable.
I hadn't ridden a bike in years. Having sold my Harley, I decided to take up biking. We have a cabin in northern Wisconsin and a beautiful bike trail system at our doorstep. I've had this bike 2 weeks and I love it! So comfortable, gears are easy to use and rides like a dream. I rode 12 miles the other day and wasn't tired or sore. I would recommend this bike to anyone. So glad our son in law suggested I go to our reputable bike shop and spend the money on a GOOD bike. No comparison to a "boxstore" bike and customer service is worth it's weight in gold! Can't wait to hit the trails in the Northwoods....
